We [Prologue]  

[Prologue - I] Meh new ficcy! I think this will be fun, too. Awkward name but I think it fits. ^_^

I am better off now.

I am free.

I do not accept personal questions.

I can keep a distance and still remain friends.

I can still love.

I can still love from behind a wall.

I do not yet know what I want.

I do not want to know what I want.

I do not have to live in one home.

I can be myself as long as there is only myself.

I can do no wrong.

I live by my own rules.

I can still smile.

I'd like to help you rectify a few errors.

This is your summary:
Some believe alone means pain. Some believe alone means peace. Some believe alone means strange. Some belive alone means familiar. They believe alone means survival.

The word "alone" is an adjective and an adverb. Therefore you cannot use it by itself in a sentence. If you want to keep the word "alone" in the sentence, I would suggest that you add the word "being" before it. Otherwise, you can replace the word "alone" with the word "solitude" which means exactly what you are trying to convey with the word "alone" and is also a noun, so it would be grammatically correct in your sentence.

Likewise, "strange" is a adjective and an adverb which cannot be used on its own. I would advise that you change the form of the word to "strangeness", which is a noun.

"Familiar" is an adjective when used in a sentence, unless you are trying to convey the meaning of a familiar friend / animal used in witchcraft. It cannot stand alone as well. I would suggest that you change the form of the word to "familiarity", which is a noun.

The word "belive" in your fourth sentence is of the wrong spelling, which I think should be quite obvious to you, so I shall not elaborate on that.

I am very particular about correct grammar especially in writing, so don't mind me. I hope this has been of help to you. Fighting! :D
